Football and the Fair

Fall has been off to a busy start. We have been going to watch Webb's team play every week. Carson loves getting to hear daddy coach from the sideline. Webb plans on making him the ball boy in a few years. :) This year's trip to the fair was a pretty quick one, but we had a great time. Carson loved the petting zoo. He really wanted to jump into the pen with the goats.

Sweet Memories

I can't even believe that my sweet baby is a year old today! It has been such a blessing to have him in our life. I can't even describe how amazing it is to be a mom. Webb and I thank God everyday for our beautiful little boy. I know that God must have big plans for this little guy.

In this picture I had no idea that I would be going into labor later that night. Carson surprised us and came eleven days early! ( and no, I did not bowl that night :)

1st Birthday Bash!!!

The official big day is August 11th, but this weekend we celebrated Carson's 1st birthday! We had his party at the Abilene Swim Club (where I had almost all of my b-day parties as a kid:) We were so blessed to have such great family and friends to celebrate with us. His party was baseball theme and I think it turned out really cute. My little man had his own little baseball cake to dive into. It only took him a couple of licks of icing, and then he knew exactly what to do :) The boy sure likes cake! He made such a mess that Uncle Nick had to hose him down before he could get in the pool. We had such a fun time!

11 Months

It is really hard to believe that Carson will soon be a year old. He is growing and changing so fast! It seems like every day he is doing something new. I love the stage that he is in right now, but it is definitely keeping me on my toes! He is not walking, but crawling everywhere and trying to pull up on furniture. The two major changes this month were: turning the car seat around and no longer taking a bottle! It was exciting times!

10 months!!!

Our sweet little Carson is really starting to look like such a big boy. It seems like everyday he is doing something new. We are having so much fun. He now loves to clap for himself. The cutest is when he takes his medicine or when he is eating. He loves for us to help him walk. He is just taking a few steps now, but it won't be too long before he is taking off. He will completely melt your heart with those big blue eyes and his sweet smile. He has such a joyful spirit.
